We strive for perfection, but we understand that things change. Here is how we handle cancellations and refunds for Aelorix services.

At Aelorix, we prioritize customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of digital services (government forms, scholarships, etc.), certain fees are non-refundable once processed.

1. Cancellation Policy

Before Processing

If you cancel your order before our team has started reviewing or processing your application.

After Processing

If you cancel after we have submitted documents to the government portal or third-party authority.

Processing Timeline

Once a refund request is approved, it takes time for the banking partners to clear the transaction. We initiate refunds within 24 hours of approval.

4. Important Exceptions

Government Fees

Any fees paid directly to government portals (Challans, Application Fees) are strictly non-refundable as they are collected by the authority, not Aelorix.

Incorrect Information

If an application is rejected due to incorrect data provided by you (e.g., wrong spelling, wrong DOB), Aelorix is not liable for a refund of service fees.
